We went to Mesquite a few days before Christmas this year to celebrate the holidays with Lances family. It was a great time and especially great to get out of freezing Utah and enjoy the sun for a couple days. That was my favorite part, it was so nice to get out in the sun. Cam and Mason are just a few weeks apart in age and they had a great time playing. They wasted no time the first day we were there lining up all of their cars.

We met Marie and Wilson there as well. Marie picked up some kid tennis rackets and balls and Ryland was in heaven. He played for almost 3 hours the first day we were out there and didn't want to stop. He LOVED it. He still talks about playing tennis all the time. He was pretty good for a first timer too. It was way fun.

He was so happy. And yes he was sporting his soccer clothes for tennis...that works!

Auntie Rie Rie and Ry

Cam took his turn at hitting too.

Cam and Mason were much more into playing with these little rocket toys Grandma Jo got them. They had a blast chasing after those for hours.

Best Buddies! Cam and Mason had so much fun together!

And little Cohen could have stayed all day in the sun. He was soaking up all the rays he could.

There is nothing better than a nice warm nap in the sun.

Here is a little movie of the tennis games going on. Fun times.
Cohen also met Grandma Jo and Papa Tom for the first time. Little Nora was born 3 days after Cohen. So cute!

The boys were so excited when it was finally time to celebrate Christmas and open presents. We had an amazing dinner which I didn't get pictures of, but thanks to Grandma Jo and Papa Tom for that one, and then we opened up gifts.

It didn't take long for the boys to open everything up.

And what better way to say Christmas then matching pjs?

Ryland is the best kid and was loving the little ones on our trip. He is my right hand man, I love it!

And I love this little face so much!

On Sunday, we made some sugar cookies. Marie was awesome to get the stuff for that as well. The boys loved cutting them up, baking them, and of course decorating them. Love this of Cam and Marie

These 2 catching some zzzs while we were baking.

The boys had a blast doing this.

Especially because we just let them do them however they wanted.

And they turned out pretty good.

Fun times! Thanks Auntie Rie Rie

And of course we are always sad when the trip comes to and end. We had a great time celebrating in Mesquite. Thanks to all the family that could come together, it was so good to see everyone!!
