Camden is finally starting to like preschool a little more. To celebrate thanksgiving, he came home as chief Straight Arrow one day. It was so cute! He played the part well!
He also made an adorable pilgrim
Cam came home from school with a froot loop necklace one day too and couldn't wait to give it to Daddy. Lance wore it just for Cam and Cam was so proud! SO cute!
Ryland played Jr Jazz this fall as well. He loved it and was pretty good too. In his first game his team scored 18 points, and he had 16 points. :) Pround parent moment there. He was quite a bit taller than the team he played, and we worked on passing the ball as the season went on, but he tore it up his first game. It was a fun season, and so fun to watch him play.
These boys love when Uncle Derik is home from school and comes to hang out with us too!
This boy is the master crawler with still no walking in sight. He also loves his bottle and was extremely sad to say goodbye to that one!
I just love this baby though!
And his Christmas get-up! :)
Cohen still loves Ryland so much. He makes him laugh all the time. They are the best of friends.
Lance was out of town when Rylands Jr Jazz team got to go to the Jazz game, so I was the lucky one to go. Thanks to my parents for watching the other boys so I could go. We had such a fun time together.
I am pretty sure we couldn't have sat any higher! LOL, good thing it made no difference to Ryland.
He cheered like this and was this into the whole game! He loved it, and the free hotdog he got as well!
His friend Austin sat by us, it was fun to watch them together, they loved it!
Cohen found a perfect nap place at my moms one afternoon!
My mom gave Cam a "scrap board" on evening too. It was just a piece of her extra floor from their home remodel. Camden thought that was the greatest toy ever for days. He carried it everywhere, and loving called it his "scrap board". It was awesome!
And we finally got our first snowfall the middle of November. The boys couldn't wait to get out and shovel and they were actually pretty good at it too! I officially hired them to shovel my snow for the rest of the winter!
I can't believe how quickly Cohen's first year of life went by. Seriously, so fast! He is the cutest little one year old though.
I love this boy so much. He has been such a joy this last year. His biggest accomplishments before turning 1 include finally not spitting up anymore!! Yay! Finally by about 7 or 8 months, it was less and then by 10 months it was basically gone except for every now and again. And now, he is good to go. We sure were not sad to see that finally work itself out! How can you not love this cute dressed up boy!
He was still a crawler at one, and not interested in walking at all. Fine by me! :) He would pick his feet up when we tried to get him to walk, he literally was not interested. He also screamed every time we put him in the walker, he didn't like it at all. Ha ha! He loves food, and will eat almost anything I give him. His favorite is fruit, especially grapes, watermellon and strawberries. And tomatoes. He LOVES tomatoes and eats them like candy. He has mastered the art of screaming and uses it frequently! And yes, it is super loud. More than once he has done it in super quite places, like church. Still working on that one. He loves to laugh, smile, and loves his brothers. He often wishes he was 5 and could do everything they do! We had a great 1st birthday celebration with him. He woke up to balloons and singing.
Cohen loves balloons so much!
He was a super big helper with making his birthday cake. Yep!
We made cupcakes and had a small birthday party with just us on his actual birthday. He didn't quite get how to blow out candles but thankfully had lots of help from his brothers. He just wanted to touch the fire! :) So cute.
He had fun opening his presents,
And playing with his new toy!
We had a larger family gathering to celebrate his birthday a couple days later. It was fun to get all the family together. Kellilyn my sister was a lifesaver the night before his party. We joined our efforts and got our cake boss on and made an awesome tomato cake for the little dude. It turned out awesome, I think!
Kelli was such a great help and I was so glad to have her!
Cohen was not super excited to start his party,
But once he got some grapes tomatoes and tomatoe cake, he was good to go.
All of Cohens favorites!
He had fun opening up his gifts as well.
And since we had these 5 cute kids all together, we had to take a picture of the moment!
Cohen loves his ride on airplane from Nana and Pappy too!
Happy 1st birthday Co! We love you so much! I couldn't believe as I put you in bed the night before your birthday that you were really going to be 1. You grew up so fast! You have been such a joy to our family and we love having you.
And every good birthday requires and long day after birthday nap! It was a success!
We had a great time celebrating Halloween this year! While decorating for Halloween in early October, Camden re-discovered his train costume from last year. He basically wore this outfit for the whole month, and I am not kidding. He wore it to the store, all over the house and even outside every now and again. He was pretty sure he was a real life train conductor and LOVED every second of it. Many times I would find him up on my bed playing with his train track in his train outfit. He has to play on the bed so Cohen can't ruin his track. :)
We made this awesome spider cheesecake to celebrate halloween as well. It tasted as amazing as it looked.
We had fun going to the pumpkin walk as per tradition again. Ryland and Camden both wanted to be the same thing they were last year. Making my job super easy! Thanks boys!
And Cohen made the cutest little Santa Clause there ever was!
We had so much fun with all our cousins!
Cam wanted to watch the train pumpkins all night long! Those are always his favorite!
And Spiderman made it up the tree!
Ann made this awesome monster cake
and everyone enjoyed some hot chocolate and desserts afterwards.
It was one of the first times it wasn't freezing cold for this event. It was so nice. We had a great time as always. This year Camden had his preschool program the same time Ryland had his Kindergarten march. So Lance and my mom watched Cams while I went to Rylands. They met me just in time to watch Ryland sing his halloween songs. Camden was so cute in his little program, parading around.
And here are some of his songs....so cute!
They did a great job. So sad his teacher is retiring at the end of this year. She has been great with the kids, I suppose after 34 years, she can. :)
Ryland sang some really cute songs too. It was fun to watch.
We also made this pumpkin spiders for family night. The boys were loving it!
The boys also had a blast at the grandkids party. Cam decided to switch it up and be a pirate. Fun times.
And then the day finally came! The boys were so excited! We got our pumpkins carved the night before Halloween. Ryland wanted a U and Camden did a train. Lance was great to step up and help the boys out as I came down with strep the weekend of Halloween! :( Thankfully I was the only one to get it.
They looked great!
And dark couldn't come soon enough the day of halloween. They boys were all ready to roll! Oh and Baylee! Love this group!
Of course we stopped by Nanas to trick or treat. Nana and Maddie had great costumes! The boys loved it!
And at Grandma Bradleys, the boys went outside to rake leaves for her.
And then tried to jump in them! :) Almost enough leaves for that. It was SUCH a beautiful day!
And they are off!
The boys went for a good couple of hours and loved it. They got a ton of candy!! Such a great halloween!
