Take me out to the ball game!

Ryland had his first t-ball game of the season yesterday. He has had a few practices leading up to the big game and was so excited. He has always loved baseball and it was fun to actually get to watch him play. His team name is the Cubs and they are all 3 and 4 years old. Yesterday it was pretty cold and windy outside so we are hoping for some warmer weather for the next game! Waiting in the dugout for his turn to bat, he is number 11 His first time ever up to bat. Ya, first time, not so good, the second time was a winner though! Yea Ryland! He was super shy about standing on the bases, it took him a minute to warm up and be okay with what he was doing! So cute! My little left handed baseball kid! Outfield, he was ready for the ball. Going to get it! Love my baseball boy! Up to bat again. T-ball is great because it is so chill. The kids are there to just have a good time and learn how to play. They all get a turn to bat and run all the bases and then they switch. So in one hour Rylands team batted twice and was in the outfield twice. His coach is so great too. His granddaughter plays on the team and he just loves coaching. He seriously tries and teaches them how to play and I think Ryland will have a great year with him. After game snack and pure joy on his face. He had a great time and here's to a great season!
